New Beit Hanina Campus

One of the greatest achievements are the construction of the new campus in Beit Hanina. As a first step Montessori and Elementary sections began the 1999-2000 scholastic year in the constructed part of the building.

Resource Center

By the direct instructions of Brother Noel Sakr, director of the school, the Resourse Center was established in September, 2000.
The main aim of this center is to help the teachers of the school in their preparations and researches.

The center contains around three thousands references in various fields such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Mathematics, Arabic, French, English and Social Studies.
The center is supervised by a trained teacher, Mr. Ramzi Karborani, who tries to provide the best references and financial support to the center.

Science Laboratory

Science Lab was established since the first day the school started its work. Modern equipments are used in the lab allowing students to witness theoretical experiments into practice. 

The main experiments that are applied are in Physics Chemistry and Biology subjects. The administration has been keen to recruit a qualified team of teachers who is running the lab.

Computer Lab

There are 40 computers in the computer lab at De la Salle College of East Jerusalem and 36 in the lab of Beit Hanina campus. Students begin taking Computer courses in the Sixth class till the eleventh. Typing skills, editing, formatting, dealing with tables, counting, designs, graphics and other technical applications in addition to theoretical courses in computer science are given to students. 

Because computers are not available in every student's house, training and experience take place in the computer lab. Frere Umberto is in charge of running the lab as well as teaching the sixth, tenth and eleventh classes. Mr. George Baddour is in charge of teaching the seventh, eighth, and ninth classes.

Counseling & Social Work Office

This office was established in 1998 in both campuses, Jerusalem and Beit Hanina Campuses as a result of increasing the number of students and the critical political, social and economical situations which effect the behavior of our students. 

There are two well qualified social workers and one counselor. 

* Ms. Faten Nasralla, Social worker in Jerusalem who is in charge of Kindergarten till the sixth elementary classes. She works helping 82 students. 
* Mr. Youseph Jahshan, Counselor in Jerusalem who is in charge of students in the seventh till the twelfth classes. 
* Ms. Leila Abu Jaber: Social worker in Beit Hanina campus who is in charge of Kindergarten till the sixth classes.

Social workers in the school do their utmost to assist students in solving their problems by listening to them as well as their parents and teachers. These problems include Academic, Social, behavioral and psychological problems.
